RESTAURANT BRANDING AND WEBSITE DESIGN
Cooking up a tasty new visual for a fresh new Cuban restaurant concept, Sabor Habana in Atlanta
Restaurant Logo & Branding Design
When setting out to create a visual identity for Sabor Habana, a fresh new Cuban restaurant concept in Altanta, we drew a lot of inspiration from the island of Cuba itself. But beyond a overly touristy, overplayed notion of Cuba sometimes seen in branding, we wanted to draw from the vibrant colors of the island and it’s buildings. Soft pinks, teals and yellows were matched with verdant shades of green, and accented by a vibrant, warm shade of pink.

Restaurant Website Design
In restaurant branding and website design, we find that it’s best to let images of the cuisine and drinks be the star of the show. For Sabor Habana, we created a website that let’s the food and drink take center stage. The website features all the information a diner would need right on the homepage. From a slider that shows images, to a section that allows you to view menus, and a slideshow section showing off the beautiful dining room and bar—to an interactive reservation form accessible in the footer, along with contact info and a map—this site desires to put everything a visitor would need at their disposal.

Environmental Graphics Design
For it’s opening, we’ve designed a poster that can be used throughout the city. Along with vibrant window signage that’s minimal but expressive.
Restaurant Menu Design
Opting for a clipboard-style dining menu, over a traditional hard-bound one, Sabor Habana hopes to keep things fresh. Allowing new items to easily be added, we designed a modular system that is consistent with the brand we’ve developed. The drinks menu is designed to accompany the dining menu at the table, as well be able to stand alone at the bar.
